You can use the joystick to move the crosshairs on a map or to operate the main menu of a video DVD.
Important: A map must be shown on the MMI display Link, or a video DVD must be playing Link.
Moving the crosshairs on a map
To move the crosshairs on a map vertically -1- Fig. 1 move the joystick up or down.
To move the crosshairs on a map horizontally -2- move the joystick to the right or left.
To move the crosshairs on a map diagonally -3- move the joystick to the top right/left or to the bottom right/left.
Operating the DVD main menu
Press the control button for Control.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to MENU (Display main menu) Link and press the rotary pushbutton. The DVD main menu will appear in the MMI display.
To select a menu option, move the joystick up or down -1- or to the left or right -2-.
Press the rotary pushbutton to confirm the selection. The DVD will continue playing.
